McAlister’s Deli opened their much anticipated location in Spring Hill Monday morning at 10:30 a.m. McAlister’s is located at 3015 Belshire Village Dr., Spring Hill, 37174 in the Lowes shopping center.
Around 11:00 a.m. local residents started to file in as they discovered they were open for business. It was all hands on deck as eager employees helped first timers such as me with the menu and the different side choices like chips or potato salad.
The inside is very nice and is a cross between fast casual and dining with plenty of tables and some booths to the side.
Sandwiches is McAlister’s Deli’s main gig and they offer a wide variety of hot, classic, grilled, and club sandwiches including one called “The Big Nasty” that contains a half pound of Black Angus Roast Beef!
All in all they have a good selection of food including some vegetarian options, desserts, and a good size kids menu at a reasonable price.
