Mayor-Elect Barry Cancels as Chamber Speaker

Due to unforeseen changes in Mayor-Elect Megan Barry’s schedule, she will not be addressing members and guests of Williamson, Inc. on Tuesday, September 15.

The Membership Meeting being held at 11 a.m. in Liberty Hall at The Factory at Franklin, located at 230 Franklin Road, will instead allow guests to hear from a panel of economic developers who will discuss regional economic impact.

The panel includes Courtney Ross, Chief Economic Development OfficerCourtney Ross, Mayor-Elect Barry Cancels as Chamber Speaker, with the Nashville Chamber of Commerce;  Matt Wiltshire, Nashville Mayor’s Office of Economic and Community Development.

Mayor-Elect Barry has a demanding schedule leading up to taking the oath as Mayor on Friday, September 25 and sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience caused to members and guests attending the Williamson, Inc. Membership Meeting.
