Crawfish Boil Honors Local Inspiration

Mary O’Connell was an inspiration to many. She was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer and passed away. A trail in the heart of Cool Springs was built as a memorial to her life. You can visit the trail, located behind the Marriott hotel on Carothers Parkway and Cool Springs Boulevard.  It winds behind Alara apartments and Avalon subdivision through many acres of wooded areas and hills.Mary's Trail Aerial II

In order to keep Mary’s Trail maintained, an annual crawfish boil fundraiser was established.

The Mary’s Trail Annual Crawfish Boil will be held on Saturday, April 26th, 2015 at Losers Bar and Grill located at 1000 Merridian Boulevard, Franklin beginning at noon until 6 pm with proceeds going the Memorial Trail fund in honor of Mary O’Connell.

Mary’s Crawfish boil boasts the best crawfish boilers in the state of Tennessee. These cajun influenced cooks complement the crawfish with potatoes, corn, sausage and secret spice recipes, emulating classic New Orleans style meals right down to painting a fleur-de-lis on each crawfish shell. Enjoy live bands playing throughout the day.

In addition to the crawfish boil, there will be a silent auction with great sports memorabilia, Blake Shelton Guitar, and many other great items.

This is an all you can eat crawfish boil  for only $30.  Buy your tickets online at SnagMob.
