Marco’s Pizza Adds Two New Williamson County Locations

Marco's Pizza

Marco’s Pizza, the fastest-growing pizza franchise in the United States, has successfully closed out the first half of 2016 with continued exponential growth and a series of prestigious awards and rankings. Most notably, Marco’s opened its milestone 700th store following one of its strongest first quarters in company history earlier this year, and is approaching the 1,000 location mark with an aim for 2017.

Opening a new store every three days, Marco’s Pizza has seen a 25.5 percent increase in estimated sales per unit and is on pace to add 150 new locations this year with two  of the next locations right here in Williamson County. Marco’s Pizza has had a  presence in Cool Spring for the last five years with a location on Mallory Lane and will now have a presence in Spring Hill in Bellshire Village next to McAlister’s Deli and a second Franklin location in the Publix shopping center in the Fieldstone Farms neighborhood.

Recently, Marco’s Pizza was ranked No. 2 on Forbes’ Top 10 Franchises to Invest In for the medium investment rage category, and debuted on the Nation’s Restaurant News Top 100 report as the No. 2 fastest growing U.S. chain. Additionally, the brand appeared several times on Technomic’s Top 500 Chains report as the No. 14 chain with the biggest sales growth in 2015, No. 8 in the pizza sales growth category, No. 92 in the overall Top 500 Chains report, and was recognized as the second fastest growing limited-service chain.

We spoke to Marco’s Pizza owner, Stuart Field to learn more about the two new locations. The Spring Hill location will have seating for 44 while the Franklin location will strictly be delivery and carryout. Anticipated opening date for both locations will be at the end of the year.

“Our customers have been asking, ‘When are you going to open in Spring Hill?’ since we opened our first Franklin location in 2011. With regards to the second Franklin location, this will allow us to serve the west side of Franklin, from Fieldstone Farms to Westhaven, in a more efficient manner. Both areas are experiencing exciting growth and we feel that we will fill a consumer need for a high-quality pizza in both markets.”

And with two new stores on the horizon, Marco’s Pizza is hiring. Field says they are looking to hire 20-30 employees at each location.

“Opportunities include delivery drivers, customer service, pizza makers, and shift leaders. We are looking to hire shift leaders now so they can train at our current location and help train the crews at the new stores when they are ready to open. Interested candidates can e-mail their resume to [email protected] or apply online at marcospizzajobs.com and apply to the Franklin, TN location. Candidates can also apply in person at our location at 4115 Mallory Lane.”

Training will take place immediately at the Cool Springs location for these positions.  Follow this link to apply online.
