The program kicked off February 9th in Brentwood with a three mile workout, and runs twelve weeks so get out there and join them.

Weekly group workouts for all fitness levels are scheduled with mapped out courses and pace leaders. Workouts are every Saturday at 7 a.m. in Brentwood and Franklin. Brooks is the official sponsor and physical therapy support is provided by Results Physiotherapy.

“Nashville has become one of the top cities to watch in 2013”, said Tammy Sanders, Marketing Director for FFS.  “Training participants for the largest road race in the state, in the most popular and visited city, is beyond cool and definitely a highlight of our year.”

The cost to train for the CMM with Fleet Feet Sports is $100 with spots remaining.  Those who want to participate in the Susan G. Komen Marathon for a Cure program will train free of charge. Visit komennashville.org for more information.

“Our training programs are highly regarded. We have folks that drive from Lebanon, Spring Hill, Camden, Fairview, Shelbyville and Cross Plains just to be a part of our training experience!  We have 6 certified coaches on staff and we are constantly hearing how much our customers love coming in to talk with folks who are experienced,” shared Christi Beth Adams, Co-Owner of Fleet Feet Sports Nashville.  “We can talk intelligently about enduring a long run because we probably just finished ours right before clocking in!”

Additional spring Fleet Feet Sports training programs include speed training, trail running, ultra trail running, Boston Marathon VIP training and a couch to 5K program sponsored by New Balance will also be offered. “We have an incredible team of knowledgeable and caring coaches and pacers. We help folks achieve their goals and we get the awesome opportunity to spend more time getting to know our customers,” said Adams.
