As part of the second phase of the Mallory Park development, the Sonic Automotive Group is now under contract to build a BMW Dealership. Cccording to the planning and codes department, the dealership will be on the north side of Mallory Park (on the other side of the retention pond from the other auto dealers there).
The purchased land is 13.22 acres along I-65, which accounts for the remaining Mallory Park area facing the interstate.
In a recent list published by Movoto, Brentwood was named as the seventh of America’s richest small cities with one of the main reasons being the availability of car dealerships in relation to the population and city area. This new dealership, along with Mallory Park’s Audi and Porsche dealership, make many automobile options available for Brentwood residents.

By having all of its dealerships in one location, the logistics of helping a potential buyer find his or her perfect car becomes much simpler,” said Wood Caldwell, principal for Southeast Venture, which is representing the landowner, Dickson-based Tennsco.
