It’s been a long summer, and maybe you just need a girls night out. Or if you need a reason to celebrate back to school, we found one for you. The third installment of the Bridget Jones Diary movies will be out in theatres on September 16th but until then, you can watch the first movie to remember how it all got started.
The Franklin Theatre will be showing “Bridget Jones Diary” on Thursday, August 4th and Friday, August 5th beginning at 7pm.
For these special “Girls Night Out” screenings, the Franklin Theatre will be featuring special Bridget Jones Diary themed treats and concessions specials.
In keeping with the Bridget Jones Diary theme, they are asking movie goers to come dressed in their favorite pajamas (bonus points if they have penguins) to receive a free small popcorn.
Drink specials include $5 glasses of Chardonnay (Bridget’s favorite) or receive a complimentary box of chocolates with any regular priced glass of wine. Franklin Theatre staff will be serving drinks in their bunny ears.
