BrightStone is pleased to announce four-time Entertainer of the Year Luke Bryan as the featured artist at its upcoming Benefit Dinner and Concert, Music That Touches the Heart, presented by STAR Physical Therapy, on Tuesday, February 19th in Liberty Hall at the Factory in Franklin.
Other performers donating their time and talent to help raise money for BrightStone this year are Grammy Award Winning Songwriter Gordon Kennedy and the newly formed duo Seals and Crofts 2. The duo consists of Grammy Nominated Songwriter/ASCAP Triple Play Award winner and former 6 year member, keyboardist and co-lead vocalist of the multi-platinum group Little Texas, Brady Seals and the soulful vocals of Lua Crofts, daughter of Dash Crofts.
BrightStone’s Music That Touches the Heart, an annual event now in its 17th year, is known for hosting outstanding performers in an intimate setting for the purpose of raising money to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities living in Middle Tennessee. “Our songwriter’s night is highly anticipated by so many in the community,” says Randy Elliott, Director of Advancement at BrightStone, “with the best of the best performances, food, and heartfelt stories from our students and families… it promises to be an enjoyable and moving experience.”
