UPDATE: 8/23/12
Lucy is looking forward to a fabulous weekend at the Franklin Farmer’s market. On Saturday morning she will bring the breakfast with orange sweet rolls, cinnamon rolls and sticky buns made with brioche dough that is to die for.

Muffins with organic flour, sugar, real butter and cage free eggs are always a big hit. The blueberry ones topped with brown sugar streusel are perfect. If you prefer something a little heartier try the banana walnut chocolate chip. Gluten free muffins, Super “healthy” Muffins and gluten free crackers are also available.

She also has pimento cheese, chicken salad, Jerusalem hummus, Muhammata and more as lunch time rolls around. Lucy says her pomegranate balsamic vinaigrette dressing is the perfect topping for any salad. And like we told you before do not miss a chance to taste the mint, black tea.

If all of that is not enough, take home one of her famous cheesecakes. Very vanilla, luscious lime, orange blossom, peanut butter chocolate, spicy mexican, and caramel bacon are a few of the possibilities you might find fresh out of the kitchen. She also offers catering for your event. If five cheese lasagna, whole roasted chicken or pork tenderloin sounds good then she has the entre’ for you and much more.
