Franklin residents braved the chilly weather on Saturday morning to enjoy the annual Franklin Rodeo Parade. The Parade featured horses, marching bands, Al Menah Shriners, and elected officials from the county. The Parade is the official kickoff to the Franklin Rodeo, which begins with the Rodeo Experience Wednesday night at the Williamson County Ag Expo Center.
