LongHorn Grand Opening Monday Features ‘Lasso’ Cutting with Mayor

It has been a month for steakhouse openings in Spring Hill.

Ten/27 Grille opened a little more than a week ago, and now on Monday LongHorn Steakhouse will officially open its doors.

At 4 p.m. the restaurant will open, after holding a lasso-cutting ceremony and dedication from Mayor Rick Graham.

Regular hours will begin the next day at 11 a.m.

Located at 2040 Crossing Circle Drive, LongHorn will be led by Dago Melendez as Managing Partner.

The lasso-cutting with Graham and Melendez and other restaurant leadership will begin at 3 p.m.

Additionally, the Spring Hill restaurant is currently hiring for all positions, including servers, bartenders, line cooks and more. Interested applicants can apply via www.LongHornSteakhouse.com/careers.

The steakhouse will be open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

The restaurant will create 50 to 60 jobs in Spring Hill, and seat 200.
