Local Tech Company Makes New Hires in Response to Rapid Growth

As part of its continued growth, Brentwood-based Affinity Technology Partners announced two new hires this week.

One of the leading Nashville-area IT companies, Affinity rebranded itself in April from 3n1media to better reflect its role as a provider of managed IT services.

The company, founded in 2002, hired Fred Bradley as a systems engineer to design computer systems across diverse client environments and Shelby McCreary as service dispatch coordinator to manage workflow efficiencies with a growing team of engineers.

“We’re delighted to welcome both Fred and Shelby to our expanding team,” Betsy Wright, vice president of operations at Affinity, said. “Their depth of experience at Fortune 500 companies strengthens our capabilities to provide one-stop service for our clients and meet all of their technology needs.”

Bradley, with 20 years of IT experience, most recently served as systems administrator at logistics and supply chain provider Genco, a FedEx company based in Lebanon.

McCreary most recently served as retention manager at Rivals.com.

Affinity Technology Partners specializes in network management, systems administration, network security and cloud computing for small to mid-size businesses in various industries including healthcare, financial services, education, commercial printing, manufacturing and non-profits.

Over the past year the company increased its client base by nearly 20 percent, and the hires come in that context. Much of its growth in the past two years came in the education, non-profit and industrial sectors, where it saw overall revenue increase by 25 percent.
