Physicians Urgent Care is making access to quality urgent care even easier with a new online check-in program. Patients can now see estimated wait times at the Brentwood, Franklin and Berry Farms locations online and get in line before leaving their home.
“By using our online check-in system, patients can choose the clinic that works best for them – by distance or by wait time – and get care where and when they need it,” said Jodi Strock, practice manager of Physicians Urgent Care.
“We know our patients are on-the-go and need care across Williamson County. Now with a few taps on their phone, patients can get in line before they leave for the clinic. We continue to serve walk-in patients at every location. Our online check-in feature simply gives patients more flexibility if they know when they want to arrive.” Mrs. Strock said.
Patients can access online check-in on the homepage of the Physicians Urgent Care website on both computers and mobile devices. Online check-in is not available at the West Nashville location at this time.
Started in 2011 by a group of Board Certified Emergency Physicians, Physicians Urgent Care now has four Middle Tennessee locations: Brentwood, Franklin, Berry Farms and West Nashville.
Physicians Urgent Care clinics can treat a majority of non-life-threatening medical conditions for a fraction of the cost of an emergency room visit.
