Dierks Bentley will perform as part of the fourth annual WE Day televised primetime special airing today, August 17 at 7pm Central on ABC celebrating youth making a difference throughout the country.

Bentley takes the stage with his  No. One hit “Women, Amen” off his ninth studio album THE MOUNTAIN, while turning the spotlight on the powerful story of Williamson County’s Floyd family, who also served as the foundation behind the track’s music video. Jennifer and Syndee were on-hand as Bentley’s personal guest along with 16,000 students and educators who gathered at Los Angeles’ The Forum this past April, for the star-studded line-up that also included Jennifer Aniston, Morgan Freeman, Will Ferrell and The Chainsmokers. In the promo below, at the end you can see Jennifer and Syndee.

WE Day is part of WE– a family of organizations making doing good, doable. WE is made up of WE Charity, empowering domestic and international change, ME to WE, a social enterprise that creates socially conscious products and experiences to help support the charity, and WE Day, filling stadiums around the world with the greatest celebration of social good. WE enables youth and families to better the world – supporting 7,200+ local and global causes by volunteering millions of hours of service, shopping daily with an impact, and raising millions of dollars that directly benefit their local communities and the world. Globally, WE teams in Asia, Africa, and Latin America have provided more than 1 million people with clean water, built 1,000 schools and schoolrooms overseas, and empowered more than 200,000 children with access to education. WE was founded more than 20 years ago by social entrepreneurs, brothers Craig and Marc Kielburger. Join the movement today at WE.org.

Jennifer and Syndee Floyd are still volunteering in the community to make a difference. On Saturday, August 18, you can join them at Smith Park from 2:30pm – 4:30pm where teens will gather to make shower/toiletry kits for the local homeless. Learn more about it on the 100+ Teens Who Care, Middle TN Facebook page.
