WHAT: Historic Rural Life Festival – Held on Thursday, May 9 and Friday, May 10, this annual event is a great opportunity for children to discover the rural past of Tennessee, enjoy old-time activities, see honey bees in an observation beehive and touch farm animals too! Your group will see the crafts and chores that were a routine part of farm life before the advent of electricity. Butter churning, spinning, blacksmithing, weaving and pottery making are just a few of the activities. 4. Edible Gardens – Garden Talk Series

Edible Gardens - Garden Talk Series

WHAT: Discover what veggies and herbs grow best here in Middle Tennessee. Learn what grows well together as well as what doesn’t work. We’ll include some recipes for using your garden’s harvest.

Presented by the Williamson County Master Gardeners Association Speakers Bureau.

Due to the popularity of the gardening talk programs, registration is required for each individual planning to attend. Do not add additional people in the note field as we will not be able to guarantee them a seat.

5. Inflatable Open Play!

Bring your kids to Let it Shine to play on ALL our INFLATABLES!

This is a supervised play time where children ages 1-6 can come out on the floor and play. Parents must come out on the floor with their child.

This will take place in our Tumble Gym.
