1. Williamson County Memorial Day Service

WHAT: The Annual Williamson County Memorial Day Ceremony will be Monday, May 27th at 10:00 a.m. at Veterans’ Memorial Park (Five Points in downtown Franklin). The program will last approximately 45 minutes and seating will be provided; however, attendees are welcome to bring their own lawn chairs to the event.

2. Memorial Day Splash at Port Royal Park

WHAT: Spring Hill is hosting a Memorial Day Celebration at the Port Royal Splash Pad.

Lou Galterio will begin the event by singing the National Anthem and Spring Hill HarMonix will perform at 9am. The splash pad opens at 10am.

3. Animal Voyagers Wildlife Program

WHAT: TheAnimal Voyagers program will take a look at the animals that helped humans prepare for travel and experiments in space! Exhibits plan to include Yellow Labrador, a Raccoon, an Eagle Owl, flying Geckos, unusual amphibians, exotic invertebrates and some other special friends.

4. Movie in the Park – “Ralph Breaks the Internet”

WHAT: Bring a chair or pack a blanket and come to Pinkerton Park for an evening movie! This free summer movie series will begin at 8pm or at sunset. Concessions items will be available for purchase.

5. Brew at the Zoo

WHAT: Nashville Zoo welcomes all species of beer lovers to the sixth annual Brew at the Zoo happening on Friday, May 31 from 6:30pm to 10:30pm. This event is for ages 21+ only.

Animals, live music, local food trucks and 100 craft beers are on tap at this unique after-hours event voted the best beer event in Nashville by Nashville Scene in 2014, 2016 and 2017.
