2. Girls Nite Out at AR Workshop

WHAT: Join AR Workshop for a DIY class to make any project. Customize your project with your choice of (non-toxic!) stain and designer paint colors. BYO wine or beer to sip and enjoy during the workshop. You will receive a VIP card after class – attend 4 workshops, get the 5th project free! (up to a $65.50 value)

3. Visit Nolensville Historical Society

WHAT:
The Historic Nolensville School Museum features a “Historic Classroom,” the “1937 Kitchen,” “Grady Bob’s Work Shop,” the “4-H History Room,” and the “Nolensville Sports Hall of Fame.” They also have an exhibit of Girl Scout and Boy Scout memorabilia, a Reference Room and various Rotating Exhibits.

During the month of July, the Nolensville Historical Society is celebrating farming.

WHEN: The museum is open every Tuesday and Thursday 10am to 2pm and Saturday, July 7th 10am-noon. Tours by appointment can be arranged by calling Michelle W. Jenkins at 615-405-5451 or by email: [email protected].

4. Snorts, Slithers & Screech! Wildlife Program

 
WHAT: Our Snorts, Slithers & SCREECH! program compares how mammals, birds, reptiles and amphibians all uniquely create their own sound. Wildlife exhibits include a new baby Raccoon, popular Yelllow-Naped Green Amazon Parrot, South American Tegu, Uromastyx, Hedgehog and Poison Arrow Frogs, plus some other surprise guests!

5. Live Music, Ice Cream & Fireworks at High Brow Brew

WHAT: High Brow Brow is hosting a special Independence Day event on July 3rd.

Enjoy live music by Brave Holiday, free toppings for your Hattie Jane’s ice cream (available for purchase), and spectacular fireworks by Westhaven Golf Club.

The shop is open late until 9pm, music starts at 7pm and fireworks at dusk.
