1990’s Disney movie trivia is coming to Westshore Pizza in Brentwood on August 5th at 7pm!

Due to there being so many Disney movies made, the only movies that will be covered in this trivia are the ones referenced in the Facebook event picture!

Free to play; seating is first come first serve so get there early!

2. Williamson County Fair

WHAT: 2019 promises to be an exciting year for the Williamson County Fair. The event has confirmed several entertainers and new attractions for its 15th Anniversary celebration, including a strolling “Spoon Man” act, a multi-Guinness World Record-holding Pogo stunt team, a new BMX Trickstars stunt team and the return of a Fair favorite, escape artist Lady Houdini. 3. Grecian Bakery Fundraiser for Young Girl Battling Cancer

WHAT: At 6 years old, Olivia Anderson was diagnosed with pediatric brain tumor Medulloblastoma and Posterior Fossa Syndrome. After receiving her diagnosis, Olivia has endured months of treatment. After her most recent appointments, doctors delivered good news that Olivia’s  MRI showed no occurrence of cancer.

The expenses are great and Olivia’s mother, Diane, is a single mother who is caring for Olivia and her siblings. To help Olivia’s family, Grecian Family Restaurant and Bakery in Spring Hill will give 10% of all proceeds on Monday, Aug 5 to Olivia’s family.

4. Crafty Adults: Coiled Paper Bowls

WHAT: Calling Crafty Adults! Do you like to be creative and enjoy crafts and DIYs? The main library is hosting an event where participants will make decorative bowls with upcycled magazines! It’ll be something new and unique plus you’ll get to meet other crafters too.

This program is designed for adults 18 and up. All material will be provided while supplies last, but you can bring your own nail polish if you want a specific color.

5. Public Star Party

WHAT: This is a free, family-friendly event. Telescopes will be set up so everyone can enjoy the view. You do not need to own a telescope.  You will enjoy close-ups of the Moon, Jupiter and Saturn, as well and more. Drop-in anytime from 9 to 11pm. Weather dependent, so please check with the FB page or the park the afternoon of the event.
