Legacy Coffee Sets out to Serve Coffee and Community

Legacy Coffee Co

For Joshua and Kara Merrill, coffee is a huge part of their life. They met in a coffee shop and coffee continues to be a uniting force. The couple opened Legacy Coffee, a coffee truck in Spring Hill, last October.

Joshua tells us that his family’s way of making someone feel better was to serve them a cup of coffee.  He started working for Starbucks but realized he wanted a place of his own.

Joshua and Kara put everything they had into their truck with the hopes of serving the best cup of coffee and in turn serving their community well by giving back to local charities.  With a loyal following, they hope to eventually open a brick and mortar location.

Legacy Coffee Co. is open 5 days a week from 7:30 a – 1 p. Currently, they are offering 50% off drinks for teachers. You can find Legacy Coffee Co at TriStar Bank, 4930 Main Street on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.  On Tuesday and Thursday, they are located First Farmers, 4871 Port Royal, Spring Hill.  Follow Legacy Coffee Co. on Facebook for more information.
