Award Winning Country Artist Hosts Concert for Crockett Elementary

Crockett Elementary presents Crockett Rocks, a night with Lee Brice at City Winery.

It’s an intimate concert setting with Lee Brice, Crockett parents and an award winning country artist.

All proceeds from this event will be used to build a new multi-purpose shade structure on the Crockett Elementary grounds. The structure will serve as a meeting space and a place for kids to get a break from the sun when playing outside.

The concert will be held on Tuesday, January 19th at City Winery in Nashville. Admission to the event includes 2 concert tickets, hors d’oeuvres, and a personalized brick. The brick will be etched with your family name and cemented into a walkway leading to the structure.

Ticket sales will be on a limited basis opened to Crockett Elementary parents first with an opportunity for the public to purchase tickets later this week.

Purchase tickets on the Crockett Rocks website priced at $250. City Winery is located at 609 Lafayette Street, Nashville.

Brice is all about giving back to his community whether it is his current home in Williamson County or his hometown in South Carolina helping to give aid  for  flood relief victims.

A $20,000 charitable donation was raised during a trio of concerts in South Carolina, with Lee Brice collecting monetary and food donations at both events. Following his November 13th performance at Finlay Park in Columbia, Brice has raised enough funds to donate $10,000 to his hometown of Sumter, South Carolina, where the money will be distributed to needy families through local churches. An additional $10,000 has also been donated to the American Red Cross of Central South Carolina, to help with broader flood recovery efforts.

“I’m grateful for the opportunity to step in and help, even in a small way. So many people were impacted and are still recovering from immense water damage to their homes and property,” shares Lee.

Rebecca Jordan, Executive Director of Central South Carolina’s “Our communities throughout South Carolina have stepped up to support our friends and neighbors,” says Rebecca Jordan, Executive Director of central South Carolina’s Red Cross branch. “College Town Throwdown and Lee Brice’s commitment to the community is an example of citizenship at its best. This donation will help us continue to serve the needs of those impacted by the devastating flood.”
