Learn More About Franklin High’s IB Diploma Programme

IB Diploma Programme

Over the next few months, Williamson County students and parents will have the opportunity to attend informational meetings about Franklin High’s International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme.

The IB Diploma Programme is an instructional program where participants may earn college credit and be given scholarships. The meetings will cover what the program is, how it’s implemented in WCS and answer questions parents or students may have.

Each meeting will begin at 6 p.m. Though the meetings are directed at eighth grade students and their families, all Williamson County families are invited to attend.

Listed below are the dates and locations of the meetings:

  • September 30: Spring Station Middle
  • October 1: Grassland Middle
  • October 7: Heritage Middle
  • October 8: Brentwood Middle
  • October 15: Thompson’s Station Middle
  • October 21: Hillsboro School
  • October 29: Fairview Middle
  • November 11: Page Middle
  • November 12: Sunset Middle (This meeting will be for students at Mill Creek Middle, Sunset Middle and Woodland Middle)

For those who cannot attend one of the above meetings, an additional meeting at Franklin High will be announced at a later date.
