Leadership Franklin Class of 2013-2014 Seeks Participants

Leadership Franklin is encouraging participation and community involvement in the next class of Leadership Franklin. The non-profit community leadership organization is now accepting applications. Participants meet once per month for eight months for a series of classes which include history, government, business, law enforcement, media, education and quality of life.

The organization is dedicated to educating, informing and empowering leaders to improve the quality of life in Franklin and Williamson County. During the 2012-2013 class year, activities included a visit to Dave Ramsey’s office and to New Hope Academy in Franklin. Applications for the 2013-2014 class may be downloaded at www.leadershipfranklin.org; follow the “How to Apply” link. Completed applications are due on or before Monday June 3, 2013.

Approximately 20 participants are chosen each year based on commitment to the Williamson County community, previous participation in community, civic, or professional organizations, and demonstrated leadership in current or previous positions.
