Kids can find their crafty side with summer crafting classes from Michaels in Brentwood.

There are two different tracks of kids crafting classes going on at the Brentwood/Cool Springs Michaels for June and July.

Kid’s Club happens on Saturdays and costs $2 per child. The class is open from 10 a.m. until noon, but the craft only takes 30 minutes so you may drop in at any time. This Saturday, June 20, kids will be making a popsicle stick book to give to dad on Father’s Day. Recommended ages are 3 and up.

Passport to Imagination is a different track that happens on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and costs $5 per child per class. These classes are a bit more in depth, recommended for ages 10-12, and kids can sign up for one class or many classes throughout the summer. Passport to Imagination runs from 10 a.m. – noon, but crafts may not take that full time. Each class covers a different craft.

You can sign up for classes online at: https://classes.michaels.com/

Do some shopping while your kids craft or participate with them. Parents are asked to stay in the store while kids are attending the crafting classes.
