While in Toledo, Ohio for his Graffiti U Tour, Keith Urban surprised one of his biggest fans while she was in the hospital.

Marissa English, who is current in hospice care, suffers from an inoperable cyst on her brain, cerebral palsy and severe scoliosis. She had purchased tickets to Urban’s show but was unable to attend.

A social media call out by the nurses at St. Vincent Hospital got Urban’s attention and he arranged a visit with English reported WTOL.

Urban made her dream come true by performing “Blue Ain’t Your Color” in her hospital room by her side. Later that evening, Urban dedicated the concert to English.
