Jesse Cruz Montes, 21, was taken into custody on Monday, May 15, after being indicted on the following offenses by a Williamson County Grand Jury:
-Second Degree Murder
-Reckless Homicide
-Sale of Schedule I and II Narcotics
Jesse Cruz Montes is accused of selling narcotics to an 18-year-old victim who was found deceased in November 2016 at the victim’s home in Spring Hill. An investigation by SHPD detectives revealed that narcotics sold by Montes were the proximate cause of the victim’s death.
