Julie Miller New Secretary for TMA

Congratulations go out to Williamson Medical Center’s chief operating officer, Julie Miller, who was recently elected to serve as secretary of the Tennessee Management Association’s board of directors. Her unanimous selection to a two-year term began July 1st.

“It is exciting to be part of an organization that is making a difference so our children can have a healthier environment,” says Miller, who has served on the board since 2008.

“TMA’s board members and staff are passionate about sustainable transportation,” continued Miller. “I am excited to have the opportunity to become more involved.” The TMA is a nonprofit corporation founded in 1988 and oversees the Franklin Transit Service.
“We’re blessed to have the support of community leaders who are engaged in finding alternative and more efficient methods to help their fellow citizens back and forth from work,” says TMA executive director Debbie Henry. “We appreciate our partnership with Williamson Medical Center over the years, and we’re thankful for Julie’s active service as a member of our board.”
