Jonathan Pierce will be Guest Speaker at Mingle & Jingle Brunch

Jonathan Pierce, host of HGTV’s  Interiors, Inc. and owner of Pierce & Co.  will be the featured speaker at the Mingle & Jingle Brunch to take place on Saturday, October 25, at the O’More College Alumni  Show House located at 1009 West Main in downtown Franklin.

Hosted by  the Literacy Council of Williamson County, the brunch will highlight the work of professional designers as well as home decor for display and sales.

The “eat, drink, and shop” event will feature a buffet brunch by Barry Amato, Walker’s Southern Bloody Mary’s, “bottomless” Mimosas, Christmas music, and vendors with merchandise ideal for holiday gift-giving.

jonathanpierceGuests will have the opportunity to mingle with professional designers including HGTV’s Jonathan Pierce where he  will discuss current design trends as well as reveal personal stories about his design and television experiences. Once a successful singer-songwriter on Curb Records, Pierce launched his design career in 2003 when CMT asked him to be the lead designer on their Ultimate Country Home series. Pierce & Co., Pierce’s retail business, will be a vendor at the event.

Other featured designers include Richie Edwards, owner of RED, known throughout the South for his horticultural expertise and holiday decorating; and Dari Anne Amato, whose eclectic style has made her a favorite among realtors and homeowners staging homes for sale.

Vendors at the “holiday” brunch includeLaura Purtee Productions, Nashville’s premiere fine-art family and lifestyle photographer; the Twisted Sisters, metal sculptural artists and creators of Linda Twist Jewelry; and Walker Feed Co., producers of premium cocktail mixes and accoutrements.

Mingle & Jingle will be held Saturday, October 25 at 1009 West Main Street, Franklin, TN 37064 from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Jonathan Pierce will speak at 11:30 a.m. Tickets for the brunch are $50 and are required in advance.
