Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream just opened its first Williamson County brick-and-mortar store in the Hill Center in Brentwood and will soon open a new Franklin store as well.
Jeni’s Ice Cream will join the growing list of restaurants at The Factory, which includes Five Daughters Bakery, MAFIAoZA’s, Franklin Juice, Honest Coffee Roasters, and the currently under construction New Liberty Green.
Last year, Jeni’s had their ice cream truck parked inside The Factory. On Jeni’s website, it states, “We’ll soon be opening our permanent market stand in the Factory at Franklin at 230 Franklin Road, right beside The Franklin Juice Company and 5 Daughters Bakery.” We don’t have any further information to share regarding the Franklin location at this time regarding when the stand will be finished or open for business.
Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream open its first location over five years ago in East Nashville. The Franklin location will be Jeni’s second Williamson County store.
About Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream
Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream was founded by Jeni Britton Bauer in 2002. Bauer has been making ice cream professionally for two decades. Her vision was to make ice cream using whole ingredients, and dairy from grass-pastured cows, rather than synthetic flavorings and commodity ice cream mix—coupled with inspired flavors sparked the artisan ice cream.
