On Friday morning, friends, family, and community leaders gathered to cut the ribbon on Sugar Drop located in Brentwood. After the ribbon cutting, attendees sampled cakes, pumpkin bread, and cider as they shopped the store.
New owner, Brooke O’Dell spoke to us about the remodel and giving the long-established store new life. In the brightly colored store you can find cake pans, baking supplies, and the popular chocolate for candy making. The store also offers cookie-making classes, cake classes, and parties. Sugar Drop is located at 7020 Church Street East, Brentwood. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday 10a  – 5p and Saturday 10a – 2p.
