Dr Seuss said it best in his famous story The Cat in the Hat:
“I know it is wet And the sun is not sunny. But we can have Lots of good fun that is funny!”
Your children won’t need a cat in the hat to rescue them from a rainy afternoon this year! When the spring showers inevitably pour down, take your children to the newest play space in Williamson County—The Inside Out Play Park.
The Inside Out Play Park offers space for newborns to 10-year-olds. Separated areas offer age specific play areas. Toddlers will have squishy soft surfaces to walk and jump on, while older children can have more of an outdoor playground experience, with bonded mulch and a bike track. Children will have hours of fun exploring Inside Out’s custom tree house, monkey bars, teacup spinner, slides and more.
Inside Out Play Park not only offers children a refuge from the rain but parent’s a much-deserved break. While watching your children climb, swing and jump, parents can enjoy the coffee bar and use the free WiFi. Parents can also take advantage of Inside Out’s Parents Night Out, on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month from 5:30p-9:30p. Also, keep watch for their adult fitness center, opening soon.
Admission varies per child. Walking children $9, non-walking children $5 (admittance is free with paying child). Monthly and yearly memberships are also available, for frequent visitors.
Inside Out Play Park is located at 615 Baker’s Bridge Avenue. Please visit www.insideoutplaypark.com or 778-TREE (8783) for more information.
