Downtown Franklin based trust company, Independence Trust, has announced a new company President and Chief Investment Officer.
Longtime key staff members, Greer Redden and Marshall Bartlett will take on these leadership roles and founder Marcia Williams remains in the role of Board chair. Redden is now the company’s President and Bartlett is Chief Investment Office (CIO).
“Last year was particularly strong, but our focus is always on the fundamentals,” Redden said. “For us, growth is about building upon existing relationships and establishing new ones by delivering a high level of service and exceeding expectations.”
