Independence High theater students are proving they’re worthy of an encore after their performance at the Tennessee All-State Theatre High School Invitational October 26.
Eighteen students auditioned in the areas of acting, musical theater and design tech. This was the school’s first time competing in this event.
“The students have worked incredibly hard to showcase their skills and abilities,” said IHS theater director Rebecca Williams. “Whether it’s onstage as performers or backstage as designers, they’ve really represented Independence well and Indy Theatre is wildly proud of them.”
