BluePearl™, part of Mars Veterinary Health, announced the relocation and expansion of its Franklin hospital to a new state-of-the-art facility in Brentwood.
The new hospital, located at 1569 Mallory Lane, Building 200, opened on Saturday, September 20. At 29,000 square feet, the facility more than doubles the size of the current Franklin location, expanding from 12,000 square feet to accommodate more patients and services.
The Brentwood hospital will continue to provide 24/7 emergency care and advanced specialty services, including oncology, neurology, and internal medicine. In early 2026, the facility will also introduce the BluePearl Blood Bank, giving local pets the chance to serve as blood donors for others in need.
Karen Wiggins, practice manager at BluePearl Brentwood, said the move allows the team to deliver the same high-quality care in an upgraded, larger space. Nearly 145 associates employed in Franklin transitioned to Brentwood, and additional positions are available.
Da Chang, chief operating officer at BluePearl, said the new hospital reflects the company’s commitment to advancing pet health and expanding lifesaving programs.
