Just after 4:00, Tuesday afternoon, Franklin Police were summoned to the Twice Daily, on Berry Farms Crossing, following a road rage incident that started on I-65. The incident came to an end in the gas station parking lot after the suspect revved his engine and charged toward the victim in reverse, striking him with his truck.

Witnesses report that the suspect then got out of his truck and kicked over the victim’s motorcycle.

William Jackson, 56, of Franklin, was ultimately arrested and charged with Reckless Endangerment – a Class-E felony, and Vandalism. Free on the $6,000 bond set by the Magistrate, Jackson is due in court on March 21 at 1:00 pm.
