How this cocktail is made:

Muddle 3 cucumber rounds
Add 5-6 mint leaves (but do not muddle)
Add Ice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz lime juice
1 1/2 oz Seersucker Gin
Egg white
Shake
Strain Ice
Reverse Dry Shake
Strain, pour and garnish with a cucumber round and float a mint leaf
