Home Tours at The Grove pay off for Veterans’, Children’s Charities

Developers of The Grove, a custom home community off Arno Road in the College Grove area, recently presented the proceeds from tours of the 2016 Southern Living Custom Builder Program Showcase Home to a veterans and a children’s charity.

The Showcase Home, located at 8495 Heirloom Boulevard in The Grove, was open for public tours from October 14-30. Proceeds from the tours benefited Operation FINALLY HOME, an organization that provides custom-built, mortgage free homes to wounded and disabled veterans, and Final Tee, an organization changing the lives of youth through the game of golf.
The Grove has just presented the charity organizations with checks for $7,062 each from funds raised from the home tours.

Hatcliff Construction built the 6,468-square-foot, traditional Southern home with a chef-style kitchen, master suite with barrel vaulted ceilings and a lower level with a billiards room, large gathering room, theater and exercise rooms, bar with kitchenette, laundry, golf cart storage and two bedroom suites.
