HGTV’s “Listed Sisters” Will Appear at New Home Show in Nashville

Marketplace Events has announced Nashville as its newest destination for the 2017 Home + Remodeling Expo. Held at the Music City Center March 10-12, the show will feature celebrities, special guests and exhibitors discussing the latest trends in the home improvement category.

Troy Dean Shafer, from DIY Network’s Nashville Flipped, and Franklin twins Alana and Lex LeBlanc, from HGVT’s Listed Sisters, will appear at the show throughout the weekend. Shafer, one of Nashville’s most sought after contractors, quickly grew his fan base as he was one of the few saving the history of the city’s old homes rather than tearing them down and building new. Identical twins Alana and Lex LeBlanc are known as the ultimate duo in real estate and design due to Alana’s endless knowledge of the housing marketing and Lex’s fearless, creative style. These sisters advise their clients on how to sell their current home at a premium before moving into their dream home.

Shafer will present on Sunday, March 12 and the LeBlanc twins will appear multiple times on Friday, March 10 and Saturday, March 11.

“We are excited to bring our core home show to the ever-growing Nashville market,” said Laura Groninger, group manager at Marketplace Events. “As the largest producer of home shows in North America, we attract nearly 1.5 million unique, qualified attendees looking for advice, solutions and new products for their home improvement needs.”

The Nashville Home + Remodeling Expo has chosen Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville as the 2017 non-profit partner. The show will educate visitors on the mission and purpose of Habitat for Humanity, as well as inform interested parties about volunteer opportunities. Habitat will also showcase unique finds in their ReStores while encouraging homeowners who are thinking about renovating or remodeling to use their free and tax deductible DeConstruct program.

Additional highlights of the show include a Tiny Home Village with five completely decorated tiny homes, The Bold Experience, which is a mobile cross-country tour

Home enthusiasts can expect to find exhibitors in categories such as remodeling, kitchen & bath, windows, flooring, décor and more, and will be connected to the most knowledgeable experts, first-to-market products, and reliable services in a dynamic, face-to-face environment. An event perfectly suited for Nashville’s booming housing market.

The show will be open to attendees from 10 a.m. – 9 p.m. Friday, March 10 and Saturday, March 11 and from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Sunday, March 12. Tickets will be $10 for adults at the door and $8 if purchased in advance at www.NashvilleHomeandRemodelingExpo.com. Children under 12 are free.
