Heritage Foundation Holds Annual Invitation Stuffing Party

Heritage Foundation

Annually, the Heritage Foundation hosts an Invitation Stuffing Party to commence the Heritage Ball festivities. The party is known for multi-generational attendance that brings a unique sense of comradery to the Old, Old Jail.

The invitations are carefully stuffed and prepared by volunteers, including Eunetta Kready, who has attended all 46 stuffing parties. The volunteers were among the first to preview the invitations, designed by Stephanie Simkin which includes a green vellum with a map of Williamson County and a stamp of the former O’More Campus now called Franklin Green.

Co-chairs Senator and Tracy Frist along with Heritage Foundation CEO Bari Beasley personally thanked each individual volunteer for sacrificing their time to benefit the foundation.

The Heritage Foundation of Williamson County, TN announced Senator Bill and Tracy Frist as Ball Chairs for the 46th annual Heritage Ball to be held at Eastern Flank Battlefield Park on Saturday, Oct. 5, 2019.

The Heritage Ball is the longest-running black-tie affair in Williamson County. Each year, approximately 700 guests gather to support and celebrate the work of the Heritage Foundation and to raise funds for future preservation projects. In addition to a seated dinner and dancing, the ball features a cocktail hour and other fundraising opportunities.
