Franklin Police want to identify this thief, who distracted a senior citizen at a local grocery store on October 9th – so her partner could steal the victim’s wallet from her purse that was sitting in the shopping cart. The suspect pictured here then used the victim’s credit card to charge more than $1,500 at the Cool Springs Target. Information about this suspect is worth up to $1,000 with an anonymous call to Crime Stoppers.
