A unique quality of the Raspberry Point Oysters, which is found at Prince Edward Island, is that they sit and mature in the water for up to seven years before they are served. At first bite, you can expect a salty taste, clean flavor with a sweet finish.

Miyagi Oysters are a Pacific Northwest oyster raised on the shores at the foot of the Olympic Mountains in Washington State. These Cultured Oysters have a fluted shell and take 3 to 4 years to reach market size. New Zealand Oysters have an aroma and flavor that encapsulates the pristine Kaipara Harbour waters.

When first examining the Kaipara New Zealand Oyster, they have an aroma and flavor that encapsulates the smell of fresh ocean spray accompanied by a creamy-textured meat that has notes of citrus and a fresh cucumber finish.
