The Adam Bomb is named for Adam, the son of brew master Kent Taylor. “This is Adam’s beer, he loves it and everyone else seems to as well,” remarked Kent at a recent beer festival. Blackstone’s St. Charles Porter is also named after Kent’s oldest son and has become their most awarded brew over the years.
Blackstone has a brew pub in Nashville and a bottling facility they built more recently to make their line of beers more available. The Adam Bomb is a fine addition to their stock. The beer’s style dates back to a 17th century English high gravity beer and is filled with four different hops. Ajax-Turner is distributing this so ask your favorite pub to give it a try, you will not be disappointed!
