Hart’s Landmark Offers Luxurious Living

neighborhood of the week

Located in the Grassland area of Franklin, Hart’s Landmark is a new development where 45 luxury homes built by Trace Construction, John Wieland Homes and Barlow Builders will stand upon completion. Some homes are currently available. For example, Trace Construction has four homes that are either completed or near completion, with three more to follow next month.

“Trace Construction has fabulous new homes – some with immediate occupancy,” says broker Susan Gregory with Parks Realty. “If you need a home within the next 30 to 60 days, Trace has several to choose from, and some of them have basements,” she adds. Gregory also notes that all of the upgrades are already included in the homes — from hardwoods to travertine to built-ins to full yard sod and irrigation.

For buyers who are looking for one level living, options are available. “Trace Construction also has several floor plans with two bedrooms on the main level, and Trace could even build three bedrooms on the main level if needed,” notes Gregory.

In the 1950s, Hart’s Landmark was formerly a farm called Farmington that was owned by the F. Donald Hart family. An adjacent neighborhood to Hart’s Landmark, called Farmington, was also once part of the Hart property, and where the family raised Black Angus cattle and horses.

Hart’s Landmark can be accessed off Hartland Road.
