Wide receiver Kam Harris-Lusk scored four first-quarter touchdowns, as Fairview jumped all over White House Heritage in a 49-22 romp at home on Friday evening.

Running back Logan Nardozzi added a pair of first-half touchdowns, too, as Fairview scored the game’s first 49 points.

Fairview rushed for 270 yards, and threw for 199. It took its foot off the gas and didn’t score in the second half.

Smarting from last week’s loss to Page, the Yellowjackets stung the Patriots early, with quarterback Brock Harris hitting Harris-Lusk on a pair of scoring tosses to take a 14-0 lead about four minutes into the game.

An interception by cornerback Jared Hudlow gave Fairview the ball back again. That set up Harris-Lusk’s 7-yard rushing score with 2:58 remaining in the first quarter.

A Nardozzi run set up Harris-Lusk’s fourth touchdown of the first quarter, this one, a 24-yard run.

Nardozzi’s 9-yard run helped the Yellowjackets to a 34-0 lead just 1:10 into quarter two.

Nardozzi added another touchdown run with 6:15 left in the second quarter, putting Fairview up 41-0.

Trailing 49-0, the Patriots returned a kickoff for a touchdown to end the first half, then got a 25-yard rushing score from Timmy Freel to pull within 35 with 1:14 left in the third.

Fairview travels to Stewart County next week.
