The Harpeth Hotel, downtown Franklin’s first luxury hotel located at 130 2nd Avenue North, Franklin will soon come to completion in August 2019.

Part of the Curio Collection by Hilton™ and operated through Valor Hospitality Partners, the project broke ground back in October 2017.

The boutique hotel will feature 119 spacious rooms and suites, an upscale chef-driven restaurant, a European-style street café, and over 5,000 sq. ft. of meeting space for corporate groups and weddings.

The Harpeth Hotel will be part of a larger complex called Harpeth Square that will also have luxury residences and a variety of retail vendors. Guests at The Harpeth will also have private access to A Moment’s Peace Salon & Day Spa.

Earlier we shared the new name for the restaurant. Named after the same year Franklin became a city, 1799 Kitchen and Cocktails will offer an upscale dining experience with a yet to be named chef.

In addition, the hotel will offer a coffee shop titled McGavock’s Coffee Bar and Provisions. Described as a European style street cafe that will offer more than your ordinary coffee shop.

Harpeth Square, unprecedented both in scope and finish, spans an entire city block from Main Street to Bridge Street and First to Second avenues, including 12,000 square feet of retail space, 6,500 square feet of Class A office space and a 591-space, five-story parking garage.

At the end of 2018, Harpeth Square announced the first retail space to be leased to A Moment’s Peace Day Spa. This will be their second location in Franklin, with the first one located on Carothers Parkway. The 5,800 square-foot Harpeth Square location of A Moment’s Peace will occupy 180 feet of retail storefront along First Avenue, which will face Puckett’s Boat House and the riverfront.
