Among areas of Franklin damaged by high winds in a storm Thursday evening is a cluster of 7 homes on Partnership Circle, just off Downs Boulevard.  Trees were blown down and light roof damage is visible.  Local Williamson County Habitat officials are reaching out to the homeowners to determine if further damage is apparent, and to offer assistance with clean-up.
