On Thursday, September 29th, The Honeysuckle is hosting a food and spirit pairing dinner complete with unique, gourmet meals and fine-crafted spirits. The Honeysuckle strives to bring the culture of the city to the Cool Springs area with elevated classic Southern dishes. Heath Clark, with H Clark Distillery, has teamed up with The Honeysuckle to pair the perfect food and spirits for this event.
Heath Clark believes that the craft of bourbon distillation is an important American craft that takes time and excellent skill. Clark’s spirits are crafted with patience and use unique traditions to create the perfect whiskey and dry gin. The H Clark Distillery takes great pride in crafting spirits in small batches to give the spirits quality and integrity.
The event will feature food and spirit pairing such as Crab Blini with a gin spritzer and Pork Belly with a classic gin. The event is at 6:00pm on the 29th and it costs $60 to attend.
