Groundbreaking for Assisted Living/Alzheimer’s Community

On Wednesday June 5th, Hearth Management, LLC will hold an official groundbreaking for the area’s newest assisted living/Alzheimer’s community being built on Fulton Greer Lane near the Franklin Recreation Complex. The three-story senior living community will be nearly 12,000 square feet.

The complex will include 86 one-or-two bedroom assisted living apartments and a 40-bed Alzheimer’s and Dementia neighborhood called Keepsake Village. “We’re pleased to break ground in Franklin, where history meets innovation, and helps enhance the lives of seniors through our state-of-the-art community, modern amenities and a holistic approach to aging well,” said Dan Suits CEO.

Hearth officials expect to hire around 80 employees once the facility is up and running. The Hearth at Franklin will feature a library, ad exercise room, sunrooms, a theatre and an elegant dining room.
