Ground to Break This Summer on Crescent Cool Springs Apartments

We reported in late January that North Carolina based Crescent Resources had purchased over 200 acres from South Carothers Partners, LLC for a new residential community called Lockwood Glen. Well, it has been announced that construction on the 252-unit apartment project, called Crescent Cool Springs, will begin this summer. Crescent Cool Springs is located at the intersection of Carothers Parkway and Resource Parkway, offering residents great access to many places in Cool Springs.

In a recent news release from Crescent, Brian Natwick, President of Crescent’s Multifamily Group said, “Crescent Cool Springs will provide this booming region with a convenient and luxury living option that carries Crescent’s standards in quality and community-building.”

The apartment complex will comprise of 13 buildings and will have a “village-like” design. There will be a two story clubhouse, with amenities such as wine lockers, a toasting table, catering kitchen and lounge with media equipment. Also, a fitness center with cardio and Crossfit equipment and an outdoor area with a salt water pool, several grilling stations and fire pits will be available to residents.

Thanks to architect Cline Design and Civil Engineers Littlejohn Engineering, this new complex is sure to be a beautiful piece of architecture.
