Samantha Owens Pyle, Owner and Chief Strategist of Franklin-based marketing agency Green Apple Strategy, announced the company will open The Orchard House, a creative meeting space in Franklin, Tennessee.
Located at 225 4th Avenue North, just one block off of Historic Main Street in Downtown Franklin, The Orchard House is a creative meeting space for organizations to gather and grow as they host retreats, brainstorming sessions, team trainings, and meetings.
With a total of 1,000 square feet of creative meeting space, The Orchard House includes the Grow Conference Room with seating for 12 people, high-speed internet, a 55-inch flat screen with Apple TV and video-conferencing capabilities, a white board wall for planning and brainstorming, and a conference table that doubles as a ping-pong table for fun, team building activities. The space also includes the Create Work Room, which offers desk space and/or brainstorming space for four to eight people, as well as a white board wall for brainstorming. Extra amenities within The Orchard House include a full kitchen, full bath, free parking, and an on-site concierge.

The Orchard House provides a nice, comfortable atmosphere—all within the heart of Franklin’s charming downtown community,” says Pyle.
The Orchard House is available for rent Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and on evenings, weekends and holidays upon request. Green Apple Strategy, The Orchard House proprietors, also offers strategic planning and learning sessions to guests for an additional fee. Sessions range from comprehensive marketing plans to website strategies to email marketing automation approaches and marketing and sales team integrations.
