The public is invited to come out and see Falls Grove, the newest Williamson County Community, at its grand opening event on Saturday, May 17.
The opening, which is being co-hosted by The Jones Company, Natelli Communities and Ryan Homes, will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event is family friendly and will include a grill station and activities for kids.
Falls Grove is located in College Grove, located across the street from The Grove golf course. It will offer a multi-million dollar amenity center which will include a pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, playgrounds and walking trails . The neighborhood will feature The Jones Company’s manor collection homes priced in the $390s range. Homes are available in multiple sizes and floor plans ranging from about 2,600 to 4,200 square feet.
